I want to read my book and somebody hurt my feeling and now i have no courage to read and do exercise?

can you motive me to read and do exercise now because i just want to forget what happened with me?

Why do you need COURAGE to read and exercise? Put your hurt feelings aside, put your sneakers on, and just go! Pretty soon, you'll get so "locked in" to your exercise routine that you'll forget all about your hurt feelings. This is a great way to relieve stress! Afterwards, shower, get something cool to drink and something light to eat and read your book. "Escape" into someone else's world for a little while. Go on, you can do it! Best wishes to you!

Hey, I've been there. My advise is that if you don't read and excercise, the only one who wins is the person who hurt your feelings. Since you seem to enjoy reading and excercising, you seem to be an intelligent and athletic person. The person that did this probably did it because he is jealous and immature, so don't let some jerk ruin your life. Read if you want. Excercise if you want. What are you accomplishing by just sitting around with hurt feelings? We don't have much time on this planet, so enjoy it!
