What methods for coping with stress can an industrial/organizational psychologist suggest for all levels?

exercise, breathe deeply and slowly (to relax), good food (nutrition along with vitamins and minerals), relax with a good book, soaking in the tub (maybe in bubblebath), relaxation tapes (subliminal or hypnosis), take a vacation away from whatever is stressing you out (i.e. have someone else sit in for a meeting instead of you), plan the project you are working on and take baby steps toward it's completion (making slower strides to get the job done works), with regard to giving dates for deadlines always give yourself more time than needed to complete a task. Plan ahead so that there are no surprises, or what surprises you encounter are little ones. Get enough sleep (or long enough to get some good REM sleep). Power nap during the day.
There is an immense amount of technology available through Scientology and particularly a group called WISE. They can run lectures, programs, teach technique on or off site.
