Can you teach hypnosis to me?

Can I - yes.
Over a small blurb of an entry - no.
It really does take some understanding of what you are doing in order to get it to work. Only 10% of the population are the easilly affected people. You know the ones - they get called up onto the magician's stage and are convinced they are a drunk narcoleptic chicken that sings showtunes.
Hypnosis can be dangerous if not done right. I suggest you go to somebody who knows what they are doing rather than getting it off the Internet!

Can i know 'why'?
If you were close enough to have a face to face meeting with, trying to teach it over a medium such as this would be more than impractical.
