My sister is very shy even to meet someone, apply for a job, even has no life of her own how can we help her?

she is 22 years old when she talks on the phone everything seen like there nothing wrong with her we what her to get a life of her own what should we do

Answer:
well first, don't be hard on her since something like that probably got her to adopt this style of coping. the best thing you can do for her is help her find counseling since you have your own life to live and you it should not be expected of you to take on such a task without proper training.

once you find her counseling, the next best thing to do is talk to her, start conversations with her so she can get back into the groove of socializing with people. right now she might be at a complete loss of words to say, or just forgot how to handle social situations, i would guess from a traumatic event or harsh criticism .

encouraging her and making her feel like she can do things rather than cannot always helps. volunteering opportunities are also another great way to ween one into social life since the responsibilities that come with it are minimal.

kindness and understanding go a long way when helping someone overcome.
Well she may be suffering from social anxiety.
get her in a group of your closest friends, and encourage her to converse with other..
It sounds like she may have social anxiety disorder. Try this web page out: http://socialanxiety.factsforhealth.org/... Maybe some counseling will help. Remember that pushing her too hard will only make it worsen. Good luck, Hope this helps.
first, learn english.
second, get her some friends, maybe?
You should try to go out in public with her often to make her more comfortable being out among "strangers". It would help if you could introduce her to your friends and socialize with them too. Other than that, depending on the severity of her isolation, there's not much more you can do.
It sounds like shyness may not be the ultimate problem. Perhaps she has a social anxiety problem. You may want to explore that aspect further. Good luck!
