Why am I here again?

Why am I having one of those days again, were I can't stop crying? Why am I so emotional, I hate being this way. I know you don't want to hear about my problems, I don't want to hear about my problems either! There's many of you who have it alot worse...But I've decided I'm not going to give in today,I'm going to go out to do some gardening.I'll just let the tears roll down until they stop, cause I'm not giving in.I know it'll go away if not today, maybe tomorrow...But it will go away ...

If you have regular crying jags that come and go, I suggest you see a professional. There may be issues here, like depression or hormone imbalance, etc.
I know that I have the same trouble, but I have been diagnosed with bipolar depression. It really doesn't make it any easier to have a diagnosis, but I at least have access to some professional help when I need it.
i'm sorry. i have those days too once in awile..is it any wonder?...look at the state of the world now! time of the month? what crup!, you would know if that was the problem i'm sure. gardening is a great idea, enjoy getting your hands into mother earth! don't wear gloves! hang in there with the rest of us, there will be great days too!
Are you getting enough sleep? Are you eating good? Are you feeling bored, overwhemed, or unloved? Is it time for your monthly? All these things can affect your mood and bring on the water-works.
You have very good self-care! It sounds like you are not allowing your blue feeling control you by doing gardening. Sometimes all you can do is divert your attention elsewhere and just allow yourself to feel what you feel and dont minimize what you feel. Sure there are people "worse off" but TO YOU, It feels really crappy. Validate that for youself.
Be nice to you and dont put yourself or your feeling down.
Crying is a hard thing, my wife sometimes cries. Tell me something, does someone love you? Do you have pets who depend on you for love? Do you love someone or something who can make things better? Instead of thinking some people have it worse try to think of people and pets who love you. You have it better if somone or something loves you.
