How can i change my mood when i am too low?

watch a funny movie or go shopping

2. When u r too low go for tracking on Mountains u will reach hights.
do something to cheer someone else up
Try to get out and take a walk in the sunshine, eat some leafy green vegetables, (and fruit and maybe some Ice Cream!
:-) ) Visit with people you like; play some upbeat dance music. If it is really severe and a chemical imbalance in your brain, you may need to see a doctor and get medication. Everything will pass, and your mood will change! Good luck!
first of all why r u low and if you are low for some reasons,then just chill.life is all about ups and downs so dont worry every thing must be fine.if u r an indian i will tell u something in hindi this is my thought.read & understand properly.

I am having a blue day today too. Usually, a little run on the treadmill will get the endorphins pumping & at the very least energize me but my treadmill needs to be serviced - boohoo & it's raining - boohoo.
hey buddy, in these type of situation u just hv to think about one incident of ur life which is the most precious and joyful in ur life. and then after that just think about the gud thing in that matter which is the cause of ur bad mood. plz dont give up go on thinking, hv positive view. make ur heart light just like a slow wind and let that wind to blow away the worry subjects. listen buddy every time just think this that life is so long bt the time is in scarce. we hv to decorate our life,dont give any type of worryness to ur life,bcoz it is ur life and only u can understand urself better.let the life go on,live it naturally dont make it artificial by giving it stress. lastly-- live to love the life.only then life will love you. try to understand my words. bye and b happy yar. bas life ko jiyo,masti se.
Listen to a CD of your favorite music.telephone or email a friend you haven't heard from in awhile...grab a dish of your favorite ice cream or something sweet...take a long walk to think and reflect...and hope that TOMORROW will be a better day for you!

For example, I got a low grade in math, therefore I feel like crap. RBT says that our mood is determined by the way we look at the event, not the event itself. A great way to do this is by talking to others to help validate our thinking.
Joel Olsteen was talking about this today. He said we need to fill ourselves up. To talk to ourselves in a positive manner. Put on a smile, force it if you have to. Give praises to God that you are alive and healthy.

jus talk to sum1 u trust...talkin alwayz takez things of ur heart(specially with girls..lol..atleast it works for me always)..u can also try divertiing ur mind to other things to keep urself occupied..things u like to do...listening to music too alwayz helps ..n going out somewhere also gives a change of enviornment n thus elevates ur mood..all d stuff i jus rote hav alwayz worked wid meh..try it..!!n chill..
