What would you do if your life is miserable and depressing and this happens to u?
..My life has been so miserable. I cry alot about things that happen in my life. I always wish to God that my life is full with happiness. I always wish and prayed I had my own home. Anyway to make long story short. a Year ago in April I had purchase a New Jersey Lottery ticket that was at 19 million dollars. The following day I went to th e Laudrymat and the ticket was damage completely(shredded). I knew that was the ticket I purchase in NJ on or about the 24th of April . At the time I didn't think to much of it .I just hoped that was not the winning ticket. than in april of 2007 I read an article in the STAR LEDGER Newspaer thaat an unclaim ticket worth 19 million was about to expire in 2 weeks. It says the ticket was purchase at the 24/7 Lukoil Mart where I purchase the ticket a year ago. My hard pounded!! When I read the article at work I was having an anxiety Attack that I left work early. I've been thinking about this so much that it's bothering me.I feel like killing
Answer:
If you think money is going to solve your problems, you're wrong. Money doesn't buy happiness. Something else must be going on in your life that is depressing you. You need to talk to a professional. Get that ticket out of your head. It's gone. I'm sorry but you can't bring it back. Seriously, please talk to someone.
Tough luck
hard to get over that one
Sounds like you're miserable...to the point that you can't see the joyous moments in your life. The ticket is just another focus, it sounds like, to make yourself miserable. Can you comprehend the odds of it being you purchasin 'the' ticket? Not as large as winning but pretty high, considering the location and city you live in. If I were you, I'd get into counsling to find out the cause of your depression. Good luck,
Let's see, you say you wished to God for a happy life but then stake all of your happiness on a lottery ticket? If you are serious, then I suggest that you get some professional counseling immediately.
Look at it this way, you were not the only person who bought a ticket that day in that store.
yeah, that stinks, but all the time your worrying and thinking about the past and what could of been, Your missing life right now! all things happen for a reason, besides it really does suck winning the lottery! all kinds of people will call you and claim to be your relative, even though they're not, and the chances of you being robbed or murdered go up ALOT! so enjoy what you got in front of you and dont worry about what could of been.
My hard pounded when I read this story. Quit wishing for your life to be better. You have to make it better yourself.
You constantly ruminating about your probable winning ticket
is causing you to have anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder.,not to mention the depression you are going through. You need to get professional counsel ling befor this situation gets totally out of hand.Try to look at it in this way.It was not meant to be.Life is dynamic, all ways revolving. You did not complete your statement..but if you are thinking of killing yourself...PLEASE GO TO THE ER.Crisis.Remember suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem
.Psych.Nurse
to be brutally honest with you...it more than likely was not your ticket...people lose them all the time...it doesn't mean it was the winning one and if you did not see the article this wouldn't bother you. just move on and know...sometimes your the windshield...sometimes your the bug...scrape yourself off and move along...regret will only bring you down
It is very obvious that you are pleading for help. The lottery ticket is just a symbol for something much deeper. If it were not the lottery ticket then you would find some other physical object in which to manifest your feelings of hopelessness.
Unfortunately you have come to a venue that just can not help you. This site is at best entertainment but it is not a place to find solutions for troubled people such as yourself.
I would suggest you go see your family Doctor and tell him/her exactly what you have said here. The Doctor is trained to know who to refer you to for help.
I wish I could do more. Good luck and please see your Doc soon.
Look at it this way, atleast you didn't lose the things that you have. Getting the money was simply an addition to your happiness. Believe me, you could live without all that, after all, haven't you gotten this far in life, without the 19 million dollars. I try looking at life this way: whatever God does, is for the well-being of his followers.
Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww...
Do you have a partner?
aw, perhaps when a partner comes into your life - life would seem brighter..April was my happiest month...^_^
But i know where you're coming from..God shall help
