How can I make a violent assault on my part look like self defense?

.perhaps I could bring some kind of weapon and place it near the unconcious body..maybe I can do t in a place that is so overcrowded nobody is really sure what they saw...or a combination of both..I really need to hit somebody

If you are a soldier (lucky guess from your nick) remember you are dealing with innocent people in their homeland, you are the intruder and you have to be extra careful not to hurt anyone who is innocent
It's very hard dealing with your conscience after you caused something tragic like this.We all have morals that stop us acting like animals.If yours are diminished get help right away

I think you need to see a counselor or chaplain and get some anger management. Such feelings are dangerous for your planned victim and yourself.
