Pupil dilation: what does it mean if someone's pupil's dilate when they look at you?
I have a friend and he says he's not attracted to me or doesn't feel that way about me (despite sleeping with me once) but I noticed that his pupils change dramatically in size when he looks at me, almost as though he's looking into the dark. This happens even in bright light. I looked it up and apparently it means they're attracted to you. Is this true? Does his pupil dilation actually mean anything?

Well, he did **** you. I am sure if he did it once and still wants to be your friend he wants to **** you again. Believe me, I am a guy. If we sleep with a female and then try to be her friend afterwards, it means we are still interested in her sexually.

pupil dialation means you are attractd to something like police hold up photo's of there "acomplices" and if there pupil dialates then they know that they may have something to do with the crime etc.
so it just mean recognition in some casses attraction in others/

yes, I've read that pupils dilate when someone is attracted to you. If this is true, he is a liar. or maybe he really doesn't want anything more with you but doesn't want to use you for sex, and finds you only attractive in that way. so instead of hurting you, he says he feels nothing (which is in some way true).
or there is a possibility that he could have bad eyesight..

Sounds like he's taking drugs, like X or LSD. Maybe he gets excited when you come around, because he wants to sleep with you again.
