yeah- focus on other hobbies. Turn off the pc and go outside, hangout with friends, socialize, get to know people (and yourself for that matter). If you honestly don't have any hobbies, then make some! Go to the library and browse the books! Just do something active and stimulating instead of sitting infront of your computer.
join a club or play a sport..anything to get u outside and away from the computer
set a timer to beep in 10 or 15 minutes when you go online.
When it beeps, go do something else for at least 15 minutes, preferably 30 minutes.
Include yourself in other social situations like a sport team or something. If it's really bad than get professional help.
