Why is it so hard to seperate your head from your heart when it comes to someone you once loved?

you know its bad, but u care about them regardless...

why is it so hard to seperate ur head from ur heart?

Answer:
emotions tend to cloud our judgments, they stop us from seeing situations as they truly are. after we have not seen someone for a long time that we were once romantically involved with it can become a case of what if, or maybe the time apart has allowed for healing to happen and we view this current situation in a different light.

I found a good rule is work with your head first

God bless
Love has only heart and not head
I was hurt bad enough that i have no trouble keeping my head!
Can you believe i let my guard down for one minute & felt sorry for my ex,whom i have been divorced from for 16yrs,& he had not learned a thing!
He just wanted to conquer me again was all & I through his sorry arsend out of my house! He was enraged when he could not get me to sleep with him! Therefore,I was a whore & just wanted all these other men just like he used to say when we were married!I slept with him & nevr messed around for almost 20yrs & heard this crap on a daily basis! He hit me also.
Believe me!You get hurt bad enough, that heart will shut down!
I have the same problem its just that once you have feelings for someone they will never go away they will always have a place in your heart
