Is this depression? what am I feeling i dont even know? any advice?

join the club, i know EXACTLY what you mean. it probably is depression, and you might need meds for it. your therapist will NOT laugh at you.
um what i would suggest is try to break any routine. even if you dont feel like doing something get your friends that you trust to practically make you have fun.
and perhaps its an annual thing, feeling depressed in the summer?
Oh, and what is a boyfriend going to do for you that a friend cannot? kisses dont always make you feel better.
Your therapist is not there to judge you or put a label on you. I suggest you talk to him/ her asap, and not take any advice from strangers on your posting who may not be qualified to help you.

It is not laughable .
We are all born with an emptiness which only God can fill.
People try filling it with materialism and things of that sort and and are continually on a frantic search .
Sit down and think of some of the things you have right at this moment which you have to be thankful for, write them down and when you do you will find the things of importance you already have.

There is a feeling of loniless and then there is a feeling of being alone. You need to define the difference between the two. Since you are already seeing a therapist, open up and talking about does help. Sitting at home on the pc is not helping matters.
Call up some friends and hit the mall for some good time laughs. Even if it's once a week trips. You need to find something that gives you a day of the week to do something special just for yourself. Like a pamper "YOU" day.
Get out of the daily routine you are in now.
