How do you accept defeat/failure?
Answer:
not easy at all. painful, traumatizing. but time heals everything. u will notice that u hv to train yourself to think THRU failure. its like taking one step back to jump two steps forward. life is long as long as we want it. if u fail an exam, u can always try again. if u fail in love, there r many fishes in the sea. its easier said than done. training and controlling your mind is important. u hv to start doing it for the future will always be different. so its the future that we look forward to and the past are lessons and experience we gain to make us stronger. dont give up hope. in between eat chocolate but dont get obese
kick *** next time, or find something new to do?
Badly.
cry..or maybe run away if it's really bad.
..i've been through failures a lot..
Hold your head up and keep going forward in life, there is always a better day ahead.
Accept it humbly. Depending if it's something you believe you deserved, accept it humbly. Take it as a lesson which you may benefit greatly in your life.
If you personally don't honestly believe that you deserve the failure/defeat, because you weren't wrong, accept it simply to avoid complications unless it's reoccuring.
Never!
Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.
I smack myself, say "Doh!", and revel in collecting yet another learning experience. I'm rather positive in orientation.
NEVER ACCEPT FAILURE!
I've been through a big failure in my educational life. I was totally disappointed in myself. For about 5 months all I did was to get up very late, lounging around and then go to bed again at night. This was my first reaction to defeat at first step. But once I read an artical about the subject that how become what you want in your life. A great advice was to write some inspirational sentences in a paper and read them every morning to keep you motivated! I wrote these 3 sentences and it changed my life! Now I'm a lawyer and in the way to get my second university degree in a diffrent field!
It does not matter if you fall down as long as you pick up something from the floor while you get up
