Does everyone 'regret' their life?

My mom regrets so many things and tells me I will too. My dad's wife tells me she has parenting regrets and that I will too... that everyone does. I am a person that believes in what is meant to be and that everything I do will work out as it is meant to be. As such I regret nothing. I have done good and can't redo anything. I tried, I have to move on. Is this weird. Everyone in my family seems to think I will end up proving them right, by having regrets, just like them. Is that nomral.. to regret things you can't change anymore?

Answer:
Don't listen to all that BS about regretting later on. Just follow what you think is best. Don't let other peoples view of life lead yours
i sure as hell do.
but not all of it.
I have not had a perfect life in fact there have been so many hard moments that at the time I did not wish I was going through. However looking bad I don't regret anything even the hard times because I truly believe life is a lesson and I have learned so much from everything even if at the time it was painful.
You should talk to a shrink. If you have lived a good life and have no regrets, then great. If you have been stabbing people in the back and have no regrets, then you may be on the way to becoming a sociopath.
I hate when people say I dont regret anything you learn from your mistakes. Yes its true you learn from mistakes but I still think its a point everyones lives they did something and wish they could turn back time.
You only live regrets if you don't decide before making decisions in your life. I learned that everything in my past had to happen to make me who I am today. And if it weren't for the bad the good would not be as great as they are now and wouldn't have taught me the lessons I learned.

Think before you act and speak and your life will have few regrets.
Personally, I sit and think 'Augh, I should have done that, it would have been better', but I know I can't change it.

But there are many people who regret little things they've done (maybe said the wrong thing), or big things they've done (maybe had an abortion).

I think it's more of the 'what if' factor, than 'I wish I had' factor that people use when looking at things they have done.

But I also know many people like you who regret nothing. It may come off as strange, but I think people need to realize that some people just haven't done anything that they consider so terrible they have to regret it the rest of their lives.
I believe there are things in your past that you may wish you had done differently, but I don't believe you should regret anything. It makes you who you are today and so you are stronger and wiser from it. As a parent the real challenge lies in how you will fix the mistakes of the past, but if you just work at it I believe anything is fixable.
its normal for people to regret things at first but once they realize it was for a good reason as simple as learning from the thing you regret i believe it all works out in the end for a good cause for you some people realize this and others dont but in the end it did good for you somehow and someway and no its not weird
hind-sight is 20/20.
Find a place where you are comfortable enough not to regret the decisions you made because you know, you did the best thing possible with what you had at hand. Things can always be better than they were, but doing the best you could is what counts. Don't regret what you can not change, try to make the present the best you can.
I think that everyone has there own regrets but why sit and worry about things you cant change. The way i look at is if i did mess up in my past ive learned from mistakes and they have made me stronger as a person.
It is normal to regret things of the past but in your position I congratulate you because you don't let no mistakes get on your way. If you ever get to a point of your life when you have any regrets, the best thing to do is to learn from your mistakes and make the best of life you have ahead of you.
Life can be like a big train wreck of a mess.
Everyday I do or say something that I regret.
The important thing for me is TO LEARN FROM IT, and then I don't regret it as much.
