Obviously anyone can see if a guy is staring at one's self or someone else--?

so doesn't everyone know when they are constantly staring at someone--the same person day after day--and why? I don't believe that the person staring or watching is zoning out. Opinions please.

Answer:
One always knows when someone is watching them. The one watching just wants you to notice.
to vague a question needs details, but if its in a school setting , a lot of guyes are to [shy] to approach you ,go up to him and say[i noticed you looking at me] and see were it gos.

if it is in other setting he may be a pervo , and report him to the police.
The person might like you. It's ok, there's no reason to panic. Just take a deep breath, get over yourself, and talk to him. If he's a nutjob, stay away from him. If he's a nice guy, marry him.
