Answer:
Welcome to puberty.
You might as well get used to it! It's all part of being a teenager. If you are seriously concerned though, talk to your parents or a physician about it.

Its called puberty my young friend. We all go through it.
You're going through puberty, and what you are feeling is perfectly normal. Don't worry about it, you'll get through it. Just try to think positively.
As you go through the ages of 13ish to 19ish your emotions are going to roller coaster as your hormones fluctuate with puberty. You start feeling like no one understands you, that you could change someones line of thinking if they would just listen to you. That you are being treated unfairly and not like an adult. This is the time that communication lines can break between parents and their kids.
Your goal is to find ways to ride the wave. This is becoming an adult. It will suck at times, but you will survive. How well you survive depends on the choices you make in the next few years. It will be easy to take the who gives a crap logo and let it take over. Don't let it. Set some goals and stick to them. Start small. Find ways to alleviate the crap feelings like a hobby or exercise. Music can be a great outlet, but it can also be a downer, so choose carefully. (I mean choose tone and beat carefully, whatever you listen to is your choice). Becoming an adult is easy for some and harder for others. Another thought is to start a diary to write down how you feel, what you did, did it help? Sometimes a dialog with yourself can be enlightening. Hang in there. Everyone goes through it at their own pace. Your parents will probably begin to grate on your nerves. Be patient with them. They just want to help. Let them know what will help. Don't shut down on them completely or they could freak! If you have a bad day, let them know. And, when in doubt, think of it as a power surge!
Puberty and in extreme cases, angry young man syndrome.
So long as you keep this in mind, and keep silent rather than lash out, all should be well.
