How exactly do you become a sex counselor? What steps and education do you have to complete?

I find the career of sex counseling highly interesting. How do you go about getting a position in this feild and what education is required?

Answer:
If you want to be taken seriously, then a post-graduate degree (MS or PhD) in counseling psychology would be a good credential to go for. In the meantime, researching and writing a sex column for a college newspaper (answering reader questions) while you're in school would be a good way to increase your knowledge and establish that this really is a field you're interested in.
