1) Try taking a walk
2)Call a friend
3)If you want to stay inside, go crazy with music that makes you dance, or rage. This is my personal favorite to get me through the blahs.
4)Hug yourself.

when i am down i watch friends the tv series or i put on my fave dvd and eat chocolate. the joys of being pregnant cant eat chcoalte and not have to worry yay!!
Well I for one garden and keep house plants for just this reason. When ever I start to feel depressed or irritated or angry (I have kids) I just go outside for a few minutes and calm down. It has also been shown that gardening and working in the soil works to treat depression.
Get together with one or more of your friends either at home or a bar or at the pictures.
Plan a holiday with them or a trip to a theme park
Hire a movie and watch it with your friends.
Eat chocolates and goodies.
Have a lovely cup of tea. Nothing beats a good sweet cup of tea.
