Do I need help?

Here are my symtoms;

-procrastinating
-stressed
-don't want to go out
-feel like theres no tomorrow
-I'm at a dead end
-I just want to chug some beers
-feel like a loser
-I feel fat but everybody tells me i'm not..

Do I need to seek help?..

I think that your a very attractive girl, You shouldn't feel the way you do, I would not be a bad idea to talk to somebody about this problem, Just from your Q And A I can tell that you have a great sense of humor, You like beer always a plus in my book, You hate your job, You like pillow fighting, I saw your picture your not overweight , You sure don't procrastinate when it comes to asking questions. Go jog around the lake eat dinner get some beers or I'll bring them with my pillow for later. And you don't want to go out because you worked all day, See ya later.

sounds like you need to relax and get some more confidence. If you think your fat, exercise, just exercising can make you feel more energetic and feel better. I normally don't like to say this, but maybe a little bit of anti-depressent could help you get out of this rut. Just don't get addicted. But try to exercise, it is amazing what that boosted matabolism can do to clear your mind.
you are spending way too much time concentrating on yourself. everyone gets down if they do that.
sounds like you are overloaded and just need a little break. once you relax, rest, recharge and rejuvinate, you will be ready to take on the world again.
try thinking about something outside yourself that makes you feel content and soothed.
don't worry about the fat thing. eat right, get good exercise and adequate sleep and the fat will take care of itself.

it does seem that you may kinda need some help. But before you do anything you should speak to your doctor about what you are feeling. What else you could do though is try antidepressents to help you out. you should also try to raise your self-esteem as well because that can also help you out at the end. good luck!
