I hate the concept of rollerskating, but I wanna do it to activate my vestibular sense. Will that tap into...?
Answer:
start with ice-skating - it is very similiar, and does not hurt as much when you fall
It is a good workout which will improve blood flow to the brain, but it will not "tap into creativity" since balance and motion control are in a different part of the brain.
Maybe, but I would still pad the other end.
Your vestibular sense is (hopefully) already "tapped". It's just your awareness of balance and placement. Merely walking will tap into your vestibular sense. Even lying down would do the trick. Basically, if you know what position your body is currently in and where it is in relation to 3D space, you've tapped into your vestibular sense completely.
Furthermore, roller skating probably wouldn't do much to improve your creativity. It would probably help your balance, co-ordination, etc. since the part of the brain most engaged would be the cerebellum. If you want to exercise creativity you would want more mentally engaging tasks. Some examples would include taking a creative writing class, learning how to paint, learning how to play an instrument, or any other mentally engaging and challenging activity.
