These are good questions and I'd like to add my 2 cents but there are too many here.It would take me ALL day to answer them all. Please break this down.:)
1. I would pass the exit and go to the next one. I would never cut accross the lanes like that. RUDE.
2. Well, I tend to be a little rude to him, but not much...tailgate for a bit or something. Depends on the situation.
3. I really don't like rudeness, I'd say something I think.
4. Courtesy and politeness hold society together. It is everything.
5. They stay out of his way becuase they don't wan't any problems. The guy's a jerk and he'll die lonely.
6. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
7. Sure, any relation. Race, creed, anything at all.
8. Yes, totally. I smile, say please, thanks, all that. I don't break any laws, am polite etc...

Of course, tolerance is a different thing. We will only tolerate certain things...
