Why are people on Y!A so angry?

its because when ppl find an opportunity to lash out and to have millions of ppl see it, they wont miss the opportunity.

People are always angry though.
Most people come here to seek help in their lifes, they come here looking for answers and keys think how depresed people here are, little things make people angry
If I was on "Y" i would be angry too
but I am on "XYZ" and happy :)

But the answer to why some of the people on Y/A are so angry
is they can't find anyone to agree with them about life, the
universe and everything.
A way of venting.
People everywhere are angry...they kno w Bush, Cheney and the cons are up to no good... the only way the GOP won't get their ***.. kicked next year is for a new " terrorist strike" to hit America.guess who is getting one ready...hint..they aren't Muslims and they aren't from the Middle East ( anyone seen Scooter Libby lately?)
You know, I get your drift, but I'm sure you understand that not everyone who visits Answers is 'angry'. But, to answer your question, some people who visit Answers are angry because there are angry people everywhere. Some people are just angry at life - period. I think MOST of us though just experience things that make us angry, then our anger about whatever made us angry goes away.
Sometimes a particular answer here seems to grab my attention to the point where I'll go in and read some of the posters history of questions/answers. The 'always angry/hateful' people DO tend to stand out.
I always find it interesting how two people can perceive the same situation/experience so differently. For some of us, the glass is always half full, for others of us, it's always half empty. Some people seem to find fault in everything, other people only look for the good and positive things in life.
For the angry person, I think Answers provides a safe haven to vent. If someone is angry a lot of the time though, I really think professional counseling would be beneficial.

They like to seem superior, probably. Most people on here have, so far, been nice, but I have seen some folks that try put others down.. whether they know they're doing that or not. :/

I don't know. It seems that anger would be better vented on something that was causing the anger - not people you've never met on Y!A. I guess its an easy way out for the passive aggressive folk.
