So now I have too much pressure to take. My problem is related to previous post. My brother-in-law's family came here and cause big problems. I've got to know that he's just lost company he founded. He has office at home. Having no time for himself because of family, his father and sisters and alcohol he drinks a lot at night, he neglected many responsibilities. In addition his father stays beyond planned time he was suppose to stay. He doen't help at all at house, quite opposite he causes many problems. Now because he is in debt, has no job, money and spent money for his family (I do not talk about my sister and children but his father, sisters), my sister got upset and moved out to my apartment where I live with mom! Including children. The apartment is very small and loud. She decided to stay with us, and said she will find job and apartment for herself. But I am afraid she will stay for a very long time. She is not legal in the U.S and does not have work authorization.
Answer:
Who pays the bills at the apartment? Are you working and contributing? Who has authority to tell your sister she must stay where she is until she finds housing? If you have no input and can't stand it I suggest you move out. Look in the paper for rooms for rent or run add for a roomate. Call school and see if any dorm rooms have become available due to cancellation. I know your in a tight spot but you can't change other people's lives, only your own.
