By definition, lucid dreams are those in which while dream, you know you are dreaming, and you proceed to control how the dream continues...
Honestly, I've never understood the appeal of this, but the answers you'll find at the above link may reveal it to you.
My only response is that in order to dream lucidly, one must endeavor to attain a higher level of consciousness which embraces that concept.
It may be that the only way to attain this state is through formal meditation.
