It's all psychological, if you feel like it's going to work, the it will. If you doubt it then it won't. Well I believe its all psychological, that stuff isn't real, it's all in your head.
If it makes you feel better about yourself then yes, I guess it can turn a geeky person to a cool person as long as it does what you want it to do.
