Why am I this person?

Why am I who I am? I feel like a bad person. I am so ashamed of myself. I do stupid things and get involved with the wrong people. I know drinking is bad and I have been sober for many weeks but last night I went out and had a few drinks. When I get drunk this horrible slutty side of me comes out. I work predominantly with men and last night I was flaunting myself for attention. I hate being that stupid giggly girl and I want respect at work. I feel like I have destroyed that respect. Last night, of course, I was loving the attention but today... I hate who I became and the things I did to get that attention. Does anyone else do that and know how to stop? I know... dont drink too much but also can I rid myself of this underlying personality? Can I change her?

Answer:
You are asking if you can change the drunk you. Well no because drunks lose their inhibitions and self control. If you want to maintain your self control you must not get drunk.

You will find that if you stay sober you can still act in an extrovert manner and attract attention without being crude or vulgar or idiotic like the drunk.

Drunks are pathetically funny at best and diegustingly unatractive at worst.

Value yourself and your body. It's the only one you're ever going to have. Drink moderately or dont drink at all.
Get a whole load of new friends & go out & do somthing diffrent then drinking. You dont want to put your self down, just forget the past & what you done. Let it be. move on to the next stage, just learn from your mistakes..For respect, you got to earn your respect in life, before for you can do that...You got to respect your self!! Good Luck.
go away...
change friends..
change everything..
start over...
like the Christians like to say...
be born again where no one can bring this bad memories back...
(you don`t have to go to the Church for that ok?)
think about it!
peace!
GOD can
