Why are phone counselors so often rude, cavalier and judgmental?
Answer:
They have a tough job, and I think with the advent of cell phones, one that is dying out. They are trained to be forceful and pushy so that they can deal with all the strong willed people they come into contact with everyday. I feel bad for them because they couldn't find a normal job, but that won't stop me from hanging up on them when they start asking for personal information. It's just one more thing that makes me glad I'm going to college.
This doesn't really answer your question but I'd like to suggest a book if I may. It's titled:" The Last Self- Help Book You'll Ever Need" by Paul Pearsall. Reading it made me realize that it's perfectly alright to have feelings and thoughts the way I do. And no, I am not the author. Good luck.
there r many reasons bhind that
>> they a discussin on on topic all day/all week / all month /all year ..,,,,so they thinks that they r the master of that
they always wanna earn some extra thanx by answering the question b4 completin.
>> the human mentality is so , that all needs / like changes in life ,,,, which they r not gettin
>> after a long time they feel like "y all are asking abt the same thing ", in fact this is the thing takin place n should take place most of the times..
>> they ve to face many kindda ppl in a day , so some times a attitude 4 a specific kinnda person applies on diff kindda person.
...thats all
..i guessssssssss
