From what you've stated, this doesn't sound like something you should pursue legal action over. It sounds like a relatively harmless joke. Are you upset because they laughed at you or because you seriously feel like you're being harassed? If you feel like they crossed some line, confront them first. A practical joke and harassment are two completely different things. Make sure you know the difference. Too many people are willing to run to their lawyers rather than be socially responsible and handle things in a mature, forward fashion.

Get a sense of humor or tell them to stop. Either way it's a little ridiculous to take 'legal action' over a practical joke. If then continue to joke take it up with your boss and let her/him reprimand them. Any lawyer worth a damn would laugh in your face if you brought this to them.

I work with all males also. They are always playing jokes on me, and I also play jokes on them. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. A little goofing around in the work place is healthy as long as it doesn't get carried away.
If you are physically or sexually assulted, you have a reason
for legal action. Otherwise, tough up and dish it back.
