How do you know when you are slipping out of a good habit?

For me, it's when I think, "Oh what does it matter?".

Answer:
Habits change just like everything else. You know it was a good one when it benefits you (without harming others). When you say to yourself "why did I stop ______?" and no good reason comes to mind, it was probably a good one you should try to keep.
Huh, how can one slip out of a good habit? Then it won't be really a habit.
