My suggestion is that you continue to make every effort to separate the two issues.
Illegal immigrants come to the US in all races and ethnicities. There have been documented cases of illegal immigrants who are Caucasian who come to the US from Europe and Australia as well as illegal immigrants who come to the US from Asia and Africa.
Illegal immigration is not about skin color or where someone comes from. It is about how they got and stayed here.
Perhaps the reason that you've become focused on Hispanics is because of media attention, and certainly there are large numbers of illiegal aliens in the US from Latin American countries, but you are very correct to want to keep from automatically projecting your disdain for illegal immigration on all Hispanic people.
It is worth noting that the sovereign nation of Mexico has some very strict laws against illegal immigration into their country, and they ENFORCE their illegal immigration laws. Don't take my word for it, check with the Mexican government. I only wish the US government strongly enforced immigration laws.
Having said all of that, one thing I suggest you do is place a short reminder on the mirror where you brush your teeth (so you'll see it everyday): "Illegal immigrants come from everywhere and every race and ethnicity." If you remind yourself often enough and enough times, it will become second nature to you, "ONE DAY AT A TIME".
If you fail to make this separation, then you will be giving credence to those (including some in the Hispanic community) who incorrectly state that being against illegal aliens is racist. In and of itself, nothing is further from the truth.

Just don't made an overall judgement call. There are bad in every race. Bad whites, bad blacks, bad indian, bad Spanish, bad Hispanics.
Just look at the good and only judge on an individual basis. Dont get caught up in the name calling and judgeing of others. When somone brings up the conversation just step back and say you really dont want to be part of that conversation and walk away. You will be stronger and better for it.

1. Accept the position we are all brothers and sisters, have one family of man, and can go where we choose as we have for most of history. However; any geographic shift (usually) means wars for resources, but it could change.
2. Remember it is about economics that your dislike of immigration arises, not people. Because the competition for available resources increases. For example: housing, work, highway space, medical care.
3. Race is an outdated concept, meant to classify and segregate people for the benefit of the ruling class. That was twisted into 'superiority' among other modifications. Race has no merit among enlightened individuals. The admonition to love one another does mean what it said. Love one another.
Because deep within the recesses of your mind, they are the same thing.
Don't get swept up in this new nonsense.
If you judge them harshly, you wIll become an illegal immigrant to experience for yourself.

learn american history. we have originally have come from europe. so italian's portuges germany all places. christopher columbus the spanish explorer was the one who discovered america. people from europe are the one's who made america what it is today. so remember where your ancester's have come from. you dont want to make fun of your self right? that's what you are doing when you think badly about other's who are doing what your ancester's have done.
america is the richest country. alot of other countries dont have the luxury that we have. ask your self this would you rather keep everyone out of america even if it mean's knowing that those who are kept out are starving. try to picture a baby not having milk for day's. or a child not having any clothe's to wear. or people dying from lack of medication. what's more important to you. american pride or allowing other's to try to pursue a dream to live a better life. cus that's all these people want is to have what we have. which is money to survive. or to live in a place where they wont be terrorized. all these thing's should help.
First of all, you should understand. there are the American Mexicans and then there are the Mexicans. there is a very big difference between them. most American Mexicans do not like the Illegal Mexicans. for many reasons. the American Mexicans are a people that care about the United States and have fought in wars for the the United States all threw History. they even fought against the Mexicans in the Alamo.
I have grown up around Mexicans. I can say I understand them. I am not Mexican, so do not think I am, taking up for them for that reason. I know we have many hero's in the United States over the years. and if you will do a little research on this. you will find that many of these hero's are American Mexicans.
They are true to this Country, not like the Illegal Mexicans, that come over here just to take what they can. they are called Illegal because that is what they are. they come without permission. like a pest or a bunch of roaches that invade a house.
So when you hear them say, that there are so many Mexicans in the United States. do not think all of them are for the Illegal Mexicans. because most of the American Mexicans are not. so when you hear how many are for them in terms of Mexican, for Mexico. that is a lie. for they are also counting the American Mexicans, who has nothing to do with their actions for Mexico. for they see the United States as their Country, not Mexico as the Illegal Mexicans clam to be loyal too.
I do know this, Mexico is a Communist Country. and I do not believe that the Illegal Mexican people just started trouble for no reason at all. I do believe this has something to do with the Government of Mexico. In being Communist, they have to give their people, permission or orders, to do something like this.
so I hold the Government of Mexico, responsible for all that has happen and will continue to happen until they are stopped. I do not think we have seen the last of this.
But believe as you wish. this is only my opinion on this matter. But I do see it as a form of attack on our country.
And so far this Country is still called a free Country. so I do have the right to voice my opinion. as much as the Illegal Mexicans do. for they are Illegal and being Illegal should not have any rights at all, to say anything, in or about this Country. I am an American. and have that right.
So I ask. why are we allowing this invasion on our country? Think' if another communist Country was to do the same thing...as that of Mexico. what would we do? just let them walk in and take over? that is exactly, what Mexico is doing.
I know, some people may not like what I had to say. But is this not the truth?
