I am increasingly disturbed by the evil, anger and murder in video games and movies.?
I just was reading Yahoos headlines today alone: 10 fun video games where the FUN IS IN BEING EVIL.
Thats alarming to me and just 100% wrong. Why is there a movement towards finding evil fun and enjoyable?
Answer:
No imagination..their lazy. It takes people that have creative skills in the first place to write positive material concerning any entertainment and especially when entertainment and learning skills are mixed (video games). Apparently it's way too much effort - too challenging - for them them to come up with clean material. So their audience is limited.their loss.
I have recently seen some hilarious commercials that were written with positive effort - good clean fun. Maybe the rest of the market should follow before it all becomes white noise. I see it as very low of the market to have only the attention of the rebellious. They say ya get what ya deserve.
These ARE the last days, matey. It's gonna get worse. believe it or not... that's why..
Because killing and destroying is bad. But killing and destroying in a video game can be fun. You are right about the unnecessary violence part, but sadly, we humans enjoy destroying and the most harmless thing is to do it in the virtual world.
Yes I agree but people seem to enjoy these more as people actually LIKE blood and gore and stuff like that. But hopeful there won't be more to come.
whatever you do don't watch the 6:00 news, that will apall you. shakespeare poisoned the minds of youth oscar wilde, elvis the beatles there's always something about youth culture that older people will find shocking. shoot you ever watch the roadrunner or bugs bunny violent, racist trash. yet somehow we have survived them all. heck too many parents won't let their kids play with toy guns so they get these video games instead. maybe what we need is john wayne but what we got is grand theft auto. don't worry about it mate we'll somehow survive just be sure you stay out of the mosh pit ok.
