What do you do when you feel like the whole world hates you?
Answer:
It seems that you are really in distress. I´m sorry about that. I don´t know what makes you feel so sad, but it you have got this feeling i would bet that somebody is bullying you (may be one person or perhaps a group of people). Anyway, whatever the reasons that they argue to hate you, they are wrong. Absolutely. And it´s not your fault at all. You may be into a process of victimization, which is always (and I mean always) evil, undeserved by the victim and totally unfair. If this is the case, try to find support from your family or friends or to a counselor that knows about victimization and NEVER will say that it´s your fault.
Good luck!
go for a walk where there is plenty of nature .. a fabulous way to de stress
stick your tounge out at them =P jk
it is simply not possible that the whole world hates u... i once had that felling long times ago but i discoved the best way to stop that is to love the others... :)
u go to another planet
realize it is not true, realize that what you give your attention to grows and your attention is on the wrong things...love everyone where they are at including yourself...you are hating yourself for some reason, forgive yourself...we are all humans...we all mess up...we all feel hated at some point and time...as well as we all hate at some point and time...humans all tend to get the "all or nothing sydrome" I am in the world and I dont hate you...so all the world does not hate you... :} be kind to yourself and realize this too shall pass...go find happy things to do and smile...you will see alot of people smiling back...go to a good church and feel loved by the people.give yourself a chance.hope it helps...
I self-meditate. I often sit on the porch and appreciate nature. The air makes you refreshed and ready to go.
you turn your back on the world akunamatata
It's not about the world hating you.
It is that you are not in tune with the world.
It's when you are tired & out of sorts & things don't seem to be going the way you would like that you feel that way.
At times like that it is best to find a quiet spot to rest & recharge your self.
Get a good nights rest & find something to do that needs to be done that you feel you can do.
Pick out something easy so that you can do it right. Then keep doing things that need doing that you can handle.
As you get more things done right your level of confidence should go up & you should feel better.
Then you will be in better tune with the world & it won't seem as if the world hates you.
Depends. If you only _feel_ like the world hates you, I wouldn't really make much of it and go do something relaxing.
Sometimes it is because you take a special position or have a special talent. Anything that makes you differentiate from the group of people you interact in daily, can in fact make you feel hated. Sometimes it's just a feeling, sometimes it's because the group can't deal with you (read on for an example).
I've had/have feelings like this for a long time. For about three years now I've been trying to figure out what was happening to myself, and I figured it out. Nothing stops it, but at least knowing the cause made me feel slightly better. I had/have certain group(s) of people presume my feelings _for_ me in conversation. This irritates enormously and best of all, you can't even correct it. Get annoyed, they're right. Tell them in all peace it's not true, they're right. I'm stuck with that to this day. It creates quite serious longterm conflicts that can only be stopped if the presumption ends.
Perhaps you should take some time to go over the situations and re-occuring reactions from people?
if it helps, I feel exactly the same way!!!
Do you mean because you did not get your way about something the whole world conspires against you?
Nah, not true. No one, not even Paris Hilton get their way all the time. Get over it.
i say fu<k the world and feel happy that i at least have 5 people(not family) who REALLY care about me
