Should I stay in my current work position?
.
Answer:
Look for another job; in the meantime, try to take a step back and see whether this could be just a problem since you are still trying to get used to it? If you feel, things will not improve, keep on the lookout!
If you do not need that income go head and leave it not work is worth it if you don't like it.
Now if you need this income try to find another job before you quit.
It doesn't sound like it's the job for you. You are stressed and crying. Find another job. You may want to see a doctor about this if it continues for a while.
There have been many times that I wanted to quit either a job, a class, school altogether, etc. If you can work through this, it will make you stronger, and you'll be glad you did it. However, if there is something else going on, like you're being harassed etc. then that's a different story.
i feel yah. think about it if the stress is worth it. if not, look for another job. it is very important that you love what you're doing to have that satisfaction at the end of the day that you can go home and relax and not think of the stress at work. good luck.
If it's too much for you - talk to your boss, maybe your work load can be less or another position may be available. You generally want to build your job history, recommend you don't quit.
Well, I guess it depends on your circumstances. (Sole income, debts, etc.)
But if you are really that unhappy, it really is not worth your sanity. You have to do what you feel is right.
You'll get used to it, but first consider the pay and the possibility of finding another less stressful option.
