What is the name for "Fear of Seaweed"?

My Friend has a really big fear of seaweed and inflatable tubes.

Does anyone know the names of either of these fears?

I'm not sure if there are specific names for those uncommon fears.
Well, I don't think there is a word for it. The Latin word for seaweed is 'alg', so maybe algophobia?
