How do I dissolve the fealings of guilt ..I have about money?

I feel that guilt may be blocking my ability to be successful in maintaining my life.

I left government support for this reason and am now trying to support myself.

But I have not made any money yet.

Answer:
To feel guilty for genuine reasons and ge escaped from illegal or improper things is good thing. But, one should not loose his/her confidence or self respect in th process. If you have not done any thing wrong even then you feel guilty is a case of psychology ,but in case you committed some mistake and felt guilty then you still have your self respect alive . You need not feel sorry for such things. Preserving your self respect , you can still work hard and be successful in life.
hmmmmmmmm

I figure that money is there kind of like insurance

Maybe get some gov help again, then take steps to become self supporting

use it as a bridge

if you can't, then keep the support

I hope to someday be off of SSDI, if I don't manage to do that, I'm not gonna worry though
You are to be commended for leaving goverment support and wanting to make it on your own. But did you think things through? What skills and abilities do you have to make money or find work. What would you like to do? Does it take training? And if so, where can you go to get training and how will you finance it? You may have to take some more goverment support in order to successfully live independently. That is really what goverment support is all about, helping people get back on their feet. Good Luck.
okay i may bore you with this 1 but i reckon theres a massive divide wen it comes to the rich and working class

Its even been on the news working class seem to be just making ends meet and the rich get richer! It sucks but if you find some way..a way to get rich...? Give me call i'm your best buddy! ;)
If you need temporary government support and use the money wisely, then it's a good thing. Spending it on education and training will get you off the support and on your feet. You can then gradually improve your status and make money. The taxes on the money you make will be repayment for the support you were offered.

The best of luck to you!
guilt on that thing is worthless. ur carrying a worthless load. u will never be able to proceed unless u forget guilt. anyway, work ur problems now than accumulating more later.
I commend you for trying to make it on your own.
Have you looked at trying to gain some skills and/or knowledge that would be useful in the working world?
Have you been to your library? What are things that you enjoy doing? Have you spoken with a career counselor?
Have you done some searches online for possible careers that might interest you? First thing you should do is make a list of the things that you enjoy doing or anything that you would like to study or do that could earn you some money. Read magazines. Talk to people. Everyone has something they excel at and can make money at. Don't worry so much and do something. Action will make you feel better and more secure. Patience and perseverence are keys to success.
if you are happy with not wanting the government support and you are surviving on a meager amount of money you owe no one and not into ( much ) debt then do not feel guilty, also don't let pride get into your way work at a burger joint for min. wage unlike some people that think they are above this type of work, or say what if someone I know sees me ! at least you are working for you
