Am i sick (in the head?)?
I always feel guilt about what people think about me, and I always fear stuff and suspect things and I get sick about it...for example...a friend dosent show up in school for the first time, and I fear that something bad happened to them becuase I didn't walk with them, and feel it's my fault, and believe stuff like that and I end up not eating right, and I get so pale. Also im very lazy and once i forgot my scedual , I couldn't even think about it...even after going to it after one week, i forgot my class...what's wrong with me

Ummm UR Human..You are an addict to your emotions like most people...there's nothing wrong with it unless U think there is and it sounds like U think there is.SOOOO U need to take a vacation from yourself..and realize life is not about the destination its about the journey...the good the bad and the beautiful
Your just very considerate theres nothing sick about it really.. about the scedual you must be under alot of stress just take things slowly and dont panic at very little thing make sure you eat
right aswell even if your not hungry.

please seek professional help immediately. these feelings are not normal,and if left unchecked can end up controlling your life. you dont say how long you have felt this way,but dont wait to see if it gets worse. counseling and/or meds could do you a world of good. dont forget to pray , asking God for guidance. I'd agree with the anxiety along with depression (possibly caused by a chemical imbalance). Your body reacts to stress as well as your mind. You get tired, you often worry when you don't need to, you feel guilt when you shouldn't, you get angry-sometimes irrationally so, you don't eat, you eat too much, you forget things. It sounds familiar to me..Talk to your doctor and see what he or she says.
I suggest going to a busy setting with lots of people there. Just look around and notice how everyone is just doing their thing and no one person is the cause of whats going on there.
You are no different from any one of us. Give yourself some slack. You are not perfect and neither is the rest of us.
Just do your thing, if you make a mistake, no big deal. People do it all the time. You are fine just as you are.
You're probably ugly in the head as well.
