When you find that you are becoming angry there are certain things you want to do. You learn positive replacement behaviors instead of negative ones. It's what you call triggers. It's based on the cognitive thought process that produces testosterone to enable us to react to a conditioned serious of events which at that time the response holds more value then the thought it's self. When we prat ice anger management classes, it's for our own use to our benefits. If we associate triggers with a negative thought, we will respond as such. Giving us reason to justify our action. I understand that it is really tough to put those negative responses into a positive outcome. The situation that heats that anger is what encourages that behavior.
