I cant get him out of my mind day and night ? is it really love?

iwork with him two days a week in a month or so , we talk about the weather and usual stuff nothing romantic or even close at all , he is not that attractive , even interesting , he is shy and I don't know why i like , I tried very hard to avoid him at work and block him out of my thought it was successful till last night when I spent the entire night dreaming about him(nothing sexual ) just being around him it seems I cant’ get away from him sleep or awake , I am not ready to start anything with him or anyone else , but avoiding and being away from him is too painfull and i mean it when i say "painful"
what do I do how could I turn off the feeling for this guy which i have never felt for before
any ideas

Don't know what to tell you there hon. Just enjoy the fantasy while at home and his company while together.

You can try to bring it a step further by asking him out if you like but if you're not ready for that then don't.

Sometimes these types of "loves" or crushes or whatever you want to call them stay with you forever...they become the "what if's" of the future...LOL

I think you need to fill your time up and stay busy and try hard to push those thoughts back if you feel there is no future in this.

You can try to capture his attention somehow and see if he is interested...but you might be really heartbroken if you don't get the answer you are hoping for.

You can't fight feelings that you are feeling, so why even try? I don't think your in love with this guy, but he has definately got your attention. Just enjoy your conversations when you talk and don't spend so much time trying to figure it all out as time tells all.

sometimes people are brough into our lives for different reasons. some are here to uplift or to be that "in the mean time" kind of person until "Mr./Mrs. Right" comes along. it is totally up to you to find out what his purpose is to you. (no, sex is not the answer), but try to change up the conversation a little(other than the weather) and see where his mind is at.
