What do you do if you are deeply stressed out all the time and have a disorder where you pull your hair?
Answer:
see a therapist.
well i ussually go talk to a friend and if there isn't 1 available then i stay clear of the person or ppl that stressed me out for a bit
Take yoga, St. John's Wort for moods, herbal stress tea with honey, talk about it. Pray about it, take up kick boxing (you would be shocked how good it feels to kick your fustrations out) Yell into pillow. Do the imagnary ball thing where you wrap up all your worries into it and throw it out. There are millions of things to do. And it truely is unhealthly to keep it all in and pull hair.
the disorder is called trichotillomania the urge to pull out your own hair. I think you need to see a psychiatrist and get some help. Its a compulsive disorder some people even eat their hair,
Take an upper... It happens, life is rough sometimes, and there is good medicine to help when this happens.
"Escape" the situation, whether it be a job, breakup, whatever. Take a few days off, just you time. Otherwise, engage in activities, such as fencing, billiards/pool, etc to relieve the stress. Never drink, eat, use tobacco, or use drugs during this time, it can only make things worse. Find a friend that will let you vent, or pick up a new hobby.
