What does this dream mean?

My friend Zach and I went to a camp and I set the camp on fire because we were in danger. He wouldnt leave and I went in to get him and I wouldnt leave without him. I eventuly saved him. but ive done alot of reading and some people say that the fire repersented my rage and Zach was there because my subconcious mind has rage towards him. Just recently I told him I really really liked him. He never said anything back. but I dont feel anger towards that, just depression. and not even severe depression. Is my subconcious mind tell me I am angy with him?

Answer:
.We dream based on the feelings that are cooking inside when we go to sleep, and they associate in a kind of random way with images stored in our brain.

Setting the fire to the camp represents your rebellion towards the society you were born into. You feel anger towards the already-set-up adult world, which causes you frustration. The fact that Zach was there signifies that he is your friend, not that you have rage towards him. You tried to save him, after all!
Depression is anger turned inward so....
A person in your dream may not be the subject when you dream, it can be interpreted in many ways, fire does not necessarily mean anger. If you want to get help with interpretation find a qualified Jungian analyst and start writing your dreams down in a diary, the mass of the dreams together will make it easier to find an interpretation which works for you. Dreams rarely are what they seem to be, but are of an archetypal nature, possibly representing some personal unconscious figure like the shadow or Animus for a women or the shadow or Anima for a man. the Anima & Animus are the oppisite sex representation in our personal unconcious generaly they can be contrasexual and have a shadow side to them, They are generally the gatekeeper to the Collective unconcious which is where the archetypes are generally like the wise old man the evil stepmother the hero and thousands of others. I would also say that Jungian Psychotherapy is very difficult to understand and isn't for everybody. As per Jung's words himself find what works for you
Only you can interpret your dream. You have to decide the meaning of the following:

Fire - what does fire mean to you? Just free associate and/or your past and present experiences with fire.

Zach - why couldn't you leave without him - how do you feel about your relationship with him in real life and in your dream?

You say you are depressed because when you told him that you really like him, he didn't answer you. So perhaps you should relate what happened between you and Zach in real life and in your dream. However, as I said before, only you can accurately interpret your dream because only you know about your life fully.
