Caucasians / whites have an advantage in life?
I couldn't exactly comprehend what she meant
Most of my classmates seemed to agree (about 23 outta 30 of us thru a show of hands by her statement)

It's definitely true. Imagine two people applying for the same job: one is white, and one is some minority. The people doing the hiring are most likely white, as whites are the majority, and they will most likely hire the white person because they relate with them more. Also, there are stigmas attached with certain minority groups.
Being half Japanese, I know that in the "nightclub scene" there are a lot of people who are attracted to Asians... but there are definitely more who are attracted to white girls. It's because whites are the majority and make up an even bigger majority among the elite.
ya, us crackers do have it easier. I'll never get why people deny that...it doesnt change the reality of the situation

Wow I can't believe your teacher said that outloud. I am caucasian and many times have had advantages but there are numerous times when I didnt have an advantage. I think the fact she is a female would contribute to her having advantages in the dating world and nightlife, not because she is white. When people keep teaching that whites are superiour then predjudices and other society problems will keep popping up. I am white and I think your teacher is out of line and I think she is wrong to even say something so dumb.

see not many white people dont no two languages and thats a disadvantage. You might know it but others have a better chance to be bilingual
And the reason i used "White"
is because caucasians are People from Asia, North Africa, India or Europe
Or a very light to brown skin, or wavy to curly hair.
She made a generalization that reflects her lifestyle and opinion.
Your life is what you make of it, not predestined by your race. If I fell for the generalizations and stereotypes of people like your teacher I'd be absolutely no where with nothing. I just didn't let that happen.
I have observed the Whites and I really truly believe there's a huge sadness that ladens their hearts. If they look happy, it never seems like they are genuinely happy. Besides having killed a race of people and push them up to the Dakotas and took their land, besides taking masses of people from their land to be in slavery in this one but don't want those people to succeed even to this day, Whites always portray that one white man can do a better indian role than the indians in Kevin Costner's Dances with Wolves, or a greater Hip Hop dancer than the black co-stars, Jesus is a white man (that's too funny), etc. And the list goes on in any direction you can imagine. But the real sadness is that Whites never seem to want to share anything. They always have to be first or tops or the best, or more than... All other cultures display harmony and whites displayed distruction all through their history. A history that is too BIG to put in writing on Answers! Your teacher's view of having advantages in reverse psychology in my book are perceived as the lonliest people on earth because they do not know what love is. Money and material wealth is not everything. It's very nice to have but no man entered in this world with it and no man will leave this world with it. Mind manipulation is the only value Whites have advantage of. And even that does not fall under LOVE. You tell me where is the advantage. Whites own everything, so now they have been greedy through their advantages, that they have destroyed many species not understanding what it would do to the Earth and it's life supports. Our air is not clean, our water is not clean (we have to put to many chemicals in it to make it drinkable - but what harm is it causing in the long run), Our food it tainted with all kinds of chemicals, etc., etc., etc. all by white people. Know they are looking to move away from the Earth and go someplace else. I see know advantage in doing that - it would take scientists centuries to determine a completely safe environment in every aspect. But what are they running away from? Loving themselves seems to be their biggest enemy.
