Lucid Dreaming?
Answer:
Every time I realize I'm dreaming I wonder what my body is doing (if I have any itches or anything), and I always lose control of the dream (after flying around a bit). Besides, dreams should only involve the lower brain functions, not the higher ones. So I always wake up shortly after I realize I'm dreaming.
The best way to induce lucid dreaming is during the waking state. Ask yourself "am I dreaming?" several times a day. Eventually, you'll learn to ask yourself this while you're actually dreaming.
amanita muscaria mushrooms are great for a lucid dreaming state.they are safe and legal as well. The only problem is the sweating and salivating.
What you are talking about is very hard to control. 1st. you
must be asleep enough to dream and 2nd. you must be
awake enough to control that dream. Once while I was in
a dangerous situation I was able to visit my Mother to let
her know that I was OK and she was not to worry. I sat on
the edge of her bead as I talked to her. Next morning she
told my dad. He told me she was losing her mind in her old
age. Then he told me everything I had said to her as proof.
On one occasion there was a storm on lake Michigan. A
man, his wife, son and doughtier was in a cabin cruiser on
the lake. I watched helplessly from a few feet above as the
small craft sank. The next morning I read in a Chicago paper
about the loss of the 4 lives. I was never able to go under
again. Perhaps that had something to do with it. I assume
you know we go through a hypnotic state every time we go
to sleep and again as we wake up. Controlling that state of
mind is the trick. Close out the noises mentally if you can't
find a quiet place. The hum of an air conditioner is a good
way to know where you are in the proses. This comes under
the heading of self hypnoses. I hope some of this helps and
good luck to you.
