Why we see the people in our dreams who are dead?

They can communicate better when we are asleep.our waking or logical mind is at rest and our subconscious kicks in at that point. We are more open and aware while in dream state and it makes it easier for our loved ones to come through for us.
Because even though they are not alive, they are still in our hearts. Our dreams are an extension of us. . .So if you ever think of this person who died when you are awake, then you will also think of them when you sleep...hence the dream
Yes you can. You can even see people you haven't ever met or people that don't even exist. Its just a way your mind puts how you think when your asleep. You may watch a scary movie and then dream of dead people. Anything is possible.
I asked someone this question who was meant to be somewhat of a psychic (She actually predicted everything true up till now)... she said that its their way of telling us that they are ok. weird thing was that it was my grandmother and she had this weird google eyed look, but she told me that was normal. it was a way of waking us up to the fact that they are ok and at peace.
I'm glad to say I don't see the dead in my dreams.
Dreams are combination of things from our subconscious, including memories along with abstract things from our imaginations.
